Bright Global Learning operates this website (the Site), providing access to online programs and learning resources, user accounts for enrolment, free content, and payments via third-party processors. These terms govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We operate the Site. We/us/our mean Bright Exchanges Ltd trading as Bright Global Learning. Bright Exchanges Ltd is a limited company registered in England under company number 10118695, whose registered address is 6a St Andrews Court, Wellington Street, Thame OX9 3WT.

1. Site use and accounts

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, complying with all applicable laws. Access to the Site is temporary; we may suspend, restrict, or withdraw it without notice or liability. You must treat login credentials as confidential and must not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for securing your devices against viruses. Prohibited actions include: unlawfully accessing or interfering with the Site (eg hacking, viruses, denial-of-service attacks under Computer Misuse Act 1990); impairing Site functionality; or uploading harmful content. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. We may without notice terminate accounts for breaches.

2. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed via payment processors. The terms of sale you agreed at purchase govern sales.

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property on the Site, including without limitation trade names, trademarks, copyright, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, repurpose, or make available to third parties any content without our express written agreement. 

4. Disclaimers and liability

You may not rely on content on the Site as legal advice or for specific circumstances. Content on the Site is provided as is with no warranties express or implied. 
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Our total liability is limited to £250. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any indirect loss in tort or in contract. Indirect loss means consequential loss or any loss that does not arise directly from the breach. It includes (without limitation) punitive loss, economic loss, and loss of profit, business, revenue, data, anticipated savings, opportunity, margin, use, production, contract, or goodwill.

5. Third-party links and content

Links on the Site to third-party sites are only for convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites, their content, or your use of them. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer from using them.

We host and operate the Site on the LearnWorlds platform.  When you join or access a course, you will do so through a LearnWorlds environment.  We are not responsible for the LearnWorlds platform, its availability, or its terms.

6. Updates

We may update these terms at any time without notice. You should regularly check the Site for the latest version. We may also change or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

English law governs these terms and their interpretation. The English courts are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes between us.
